PROJECT GRADUATION 2012

Graduation is Saturday, May 19th, 2012

25^th year for Project Graduation!!!

Dear Parents and Supporters of East Peoria Students,

Plans are underway for our 25th annual “Project Graduation” to be held the night of graduation for seniors at EPCHS. “Project Graduation” is a tradition we would like to continue here in East Peoria. “Project Graduation” is an all night, drug, alcohol and chemical-free celebration organized by parents, school personnel and people in the community. Every year we rely on the great support of our Community and local businesses. The party is well chaperoned by parents as well as faculty and staff from the school. The graduates check in a few hours after the graduation ceremony and are “locked in” until the following morning. It is our hope that “Project Graduation” will reduce the chance of any of our students being injured in drug or alcohol related accidents.

To make “Project Graduation” an alternative that our young people will want to participate in we need your help. Parents willing to help organize this event, and/or anyone interested in learning more are urged to attend the meetings. If you are unable to attend meetings or help with the various committees, any financial donations or contributions that you could provide for prizes would certainly be appreciated.

Project Graduation provides the students various forms of entertainment, food, and prizes such as TVs, DVDs, CDs, refrigerators, microwave ovens, gift certificates, cash and many other very nice prizes. Any contribution of merchandise or cash would be greatly appreciated and may be brought or mailed to the high school in care of:

7^th- Tuesday, May 15^th at 7:00pm back at the EPCHS teacher’s cafeteria

It is not too early or late to get involved!! We need and appreciate your help and ideas!

Your support and involvement will help make this night a sure success and a time of celebration for your child.

During the entire month of April, PG receives $5.00 (50%) of each certificate redeemed!

Not valid on Fridays and Saturdays after 5:00pm

Homemade Tenderloin Basket Dinner, including fries and soft drink

Cheeseburger Basket Dinner, including fries and soft drink

Baskets are just $10.00, and PG receives 50% of each dinner!!!!
